  • What should I look for in a daycare?

When choosing childcare, consider factors like:

    • a safe and clean environment
    • qualified and caring staff
    • age-appropriate learning programs
    • a balanced approach to play and education
    • positive references from other parents.

Look for a place that aligns with your child's needs, promotes a supportive atmosphere, and prioritizes open communication between caregivers and parents.

Visiting the facility, reviewing their policies, and understanding their commitment to your child's well-being are essential steps in finding the right childcare.

  • What is the best age to start preschool?

The ideal age to start preschool is typically around 3 years old, as children begin to develop social and cognitive skills.

However, it's essential to note that preschool and childcare serve distinct purposes. While preschool focuses on early education, childcare provides a nurturing environment for children from infancy.

Starting childcare at an earlier age can offer benefits like socialization and routine, laying a foundation for a smooth transition to preschool when they're developmentally ready, typically around age 3 or 4.

  • What is the VPK program?

The Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program (VPK) prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. VPK helps build a strong foundation for school using educational material corresponding to various stages in a child’s development.

  • Do I qualify for the VPK program?

To be eligible for VPK, children must live in Florida and be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1 of the current school year. To begin applying for VPK Click Here. You will need to create an account using an email and password. Once you create an account, you will receive an email confirmation with the VPK link to begin the application process.

  • What is Florida School Readiness?

The Florida School Readiness Program offers financial assistance for early education and care to low-income families. It is meant to encourage and aid families in becoming financially self-sufficient. Also, so their young children can be successful. Services vary based on individual needs and range from extended daycare to after-school and school-age care in some instances. To apply Click Here.

What Parents Say About Us

    Ann

The best decision I’ve made when we moved to Florida was enrolling my daughter in this daycare. It was my first time putting her in daycare so my attachment was very strong but the teachers are so loving and caring they made me feel safe and my daughter adjusted in less than 2 weeks and now she absolutely loves it! Almost a year since she’s been enrolled
